Application Process - Available Homes

Thank you for your interest in our newly constructed community! 

We offer income restricted and rent restricted apartments. *Minimum income limits do not apply to voucher holders (Section 8, VASH, etc.)

To receive a PDF or mailed application please contact avondale@tcbinc.org. PDF and paper applications can be faxed to (513) 376-9612, emailed to avondale@tcbinc.org, or mailed to or dropped off in person at 3635 Reading Road, Cincinnati, OH 45229 during business hours (visit Contact Us page for hours). Application fee (money order or cashier's check) is due with application. Holding fee is due within 3 business days (including Saturday) of the notification of application pre-approval. 

Application Fee once selected from the waiting list: $15 per adult, 18 years of age or older (due with application). Fee can be paid online if submitting an application online. If emailing/faxing your application, fee must be submitted to office no later than 24 business hours from date of email/fax submission.
Holding Fee: $250 Holding Fee due is due within 3 business days (including Saturday) of the notification of application pre-approval. Fee is non-refundable if application is canceled. 
Security Deposit: $500 due at lease signing ($250 applied from Holding Fee).
